Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On August 18, 2022, Layth Taki notified Altice USA, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer to pursue another career opportunity. Mr. Taki will continue his employment, working with Michael Grau, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, through a date in mid-September to be mutually agreed in order to assist in the transition of his responsibilities.
